The ambiance was great! The music made me want to get up and dance! I'd also come here if it's your birthday because they do a special something (I won't ruin the surprise). The food was tasty. I got the mushroom skillet that was delicious! The only reason this place didn't get a 5, was because there was some confusion on my friend's dish. She got the same thing as me, but she wanted to replace the feta cheese with queso fresco, but keep the mozzarella cheese. Then the mimosas had fun flavors to choose from. The service was also great! Folks were friendly and accommodating.

Just tried Gina' Kitchen ( Saturday 5/25) and LOVED it! The food is amazing and delicious and so is the service. Everytime I drive by there is always a crowd outside, now I know why because this place is amazing! Cant wait to come back :)

We got here around 7:30, so it wasn't crowded. It can get REALLY crowded (so we hear!) so arrive early We both ordered the chiliquilles (I got green, she had red). The presentation was beautiful and the flavor was EXCELLENT! The level of hot was perfect. Spicy and flavorful. Servers were all so so good! Great service and great food. Five stars and I was so full I have a meal waiting for lunch today.

I can't get enough of this place!! Third breakfast here in less than a month....today, breakfast enchiladas...comes with eggs, and I ordered asada. Very flavorful, portion is huge! And the asada is cooked perfectly. But the best thing about this place...is the people!! Service staff is so friendly!! I'll be back!!

Could be our new favorite brunch spot. Went on a Saturday morning, so it was about a 45 minute wait...well worth it.. I had: Chorizo skillet. It was delicious. It's going to look small when they bring it out...I'm a pretty big guy and I couldn't do it... it was delicious... 4/5... pro tip to make it 5/5... it is made with scrambled eggs, which can be a little dry. I added an over easy egg and it was amazing. Next time I will have it with just over easy eggs... 5/5 Wife had: Chilaquiles. Also pretty darn good. I ended up having a little of hers... 4.5/5. Kids both had pancakes, eggs, and sausage. All in all we ate well for about $60 for the four of us, which is hard to do these days. Glad to find quality at a reasonable price! Can't wait to go back.

Gina's kitchen....... Thee greatest brunch spot to hit IE 'IMO'! I mean... for starters, the ambiance is nice, pleasing to the eyes, close to an outside garden type feel(what i mean by it, there's occasional LIVE flowers, and also plants). The place its self isnt huge, so it's cozy! That's what i like! The gentleman who checks us in & shows us to our tables is pretty koo to speak with! Our server Maria at the time, man, she is just a peach! Very polite, always with a smile, so you see the pearly whites, lul. She had also given my woman and I a complementary scone once since the wait was longer than usual.. (TBH, i can wait for hours just to be seated. This place is the shyt!!! Love it so) All I'll say about the food... it's top-tier, 1 Michelin in my book! JUST ATTEND ALREADY!!! You know what I'll mean once you try the dishes yourself.

Food is delish!!.I have been wanting to try it & soooo glad I did!!Awesome breakfasts!!

You've seen all of the great reviews already so you should know this place is a SOLID 10/10! It's been awhile since I went out and had some really awesome food with an even better ambiance and better service. First of all the food was off the chain!! the potatoes were super flavorful and crispy yet soft and this is some of the best Mexican breakfast food I've had in Rancho. I will definitely be back to try EVERYTHING on the menu! Also the service and the people who work here really care about the people, the food they serve, and the restaurant. If it's a nice day sit outside it was absolutely beautiful.

I came here for my first time with my family on my birthday and everyone enjoyed it. Food was amazing. It tasted fresh and the flavors were really well done. You could taste the care put into the food. It is a small space and therefore not many people can be seated at once. There is some seating outside as well. We sat inside and it was good. The only downside was that it took 1hr to be seated. This isn't any of their fault as the wait is a testament to how many people love Gina's. Service was good as well. Our waiter was nice and attentive. I will say that the one thing that made this rating a 4 out of 5 is that we weren't given any silverware. We didn't really notice until the food came out. Then once we asked our waiter, he took awhile. Therefore our food was not as hot. And then some of the forks we got had some dried on food. I understand that this can happen with dishwashers and maybe it wasn't checked before going out. But that was a bit of a bummer since we had to wait again for another fork. I cannot wait to come back here and try more dishes. Next time I will prepare for the longer wait. I hope to be able to try new things and maybe even bump up my rating to 5 stars.
